ContentBridge USA is a personal development coaching company based in San Antonio, Texas. We help people bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be through coaching, workshops, and consulting services.
We're not therapists, we're not doctors, and we're not licensed mental health professionals. We're coaches who've been where you are and found some things that work. If you need therapy or medical treatment, we'll be the first to tell you to go find the right professional for that.
We offer several different types of services:
1-on-1 Coaching: Individual coaching sessions where we work together on whatever you're trying to figure out or accomplish.
Group Workshops: Small group sessions where you'll work with other people who are dealing with similar challenges.
Business Consulting: Working with business owners and leaders on both their personal development and their business challenges.
All of our services are delivered by real humans, not AI or automated systems. When you work with us, you're working with actual people who care about your success.
Working with us is a two-way street. Here's what we need from you:
Show Up: If you schedule a session, please show up. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 24 hours notice when possible.
Be Honest: The more honest you are with us about what's really going on, the better we can help you. We're not here to judge - we're here to help.
Do the Work: We can give you tools and insights, but you have to actually use them. Change doesn't happen from just talking about it.
Pay Your Bills: This should go without saying, but please pay for the services you receive in a timely manner.
Respect Boundaries: We're here to support you, but we also have personal lives and other clients. Please respect our office hours and communication preferences.
Here's how the money stuff works:
Payment is Due: For individual sessions, payment is due at the time of service unless we've arranged something different. For ongoing coaching packages, we'll usually set up a payment schedule.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a session, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or just don't show up, you'll still be charged for the session.
Refunds: We don't offer refunds for individual sessions that have already happened. For coaching packages, we'll handle refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
Late Payments: If you're having trouble making payments, just talk to us. We'd rather work something out than make things harder for you.
What you tell us stays between us. We take confidentiality seriously, and we won't share your personal information or what we talk about in our sessions with anyone else, except in these specific situations:
- If you give us written permission to share something
- If we're required by law to report something (like if someone is in immediate danger)
- If we need to consult with other professionals about how to best help you (and even then, we'll keep it anonymous)
In group settings like workshops, we expect everyone to respect each other's privacy and not share personal information they hear from other participants.
We're going to be straight with you about what coaching can and can't do:
What We Can Promise: We'll show up prepared, give you our best effort, share tools and insights that have worked for us and our other clients, and support you in working toward your goals.
What We Can't Promise: We can't guarantee specific results. Everyone's situation is different, and ultimately your success depends on a lot of factors, including how much work you're willing to put in.
Personal development is a process, not a magic trick. Some things will click right away, others might take time, and some approaches might not work for you at all. That's normal.
This is the legal stuff: Our coaching services are provided "as is." While we'll do our best to help you, we can't be held responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on our conversations.
If for some reason you're not satisfied with our services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for those specific services.
Either of us can end our coaching relationship at any time. Here's how that works:
If You Want to Stop: Just let us know. If you've paid for future sessions, we'll refund the unused portion.
If We Need to End Things: There might be situations where we determine that we're not the right fit for you, or where continuing wouldn't be helpful. If that happens, we'll do our best to refer you to someone who might be a better match.
The materials, exercises, and frameworks we share with you during our sessions are our intellectual property. You're welcome to use them for your own personal development, but please don't turn around and start teaching our stuff to other people or use it for your own coaching business without talking to us first.
Our website is here to give you information about our services and let you get in touch with us. Please don't use it for anything illegal or try to hack into it or anything like that.
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but sometimes things change. If you notice something that's wrong, let us know and we'll fix it.
If we ever have a disagreement about something, let's try to work it out directly first. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation.
If we can't work something out and you want to take legal action, these terms are governed by Texas state law, and any legal proceedings would happen in San Antonio, Texas.
We might need to update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or by posting a notice on our website.
If you continue using our services after we've updated the terms, that means you're okay with the changes.
